These terms govern use of the Armen AI website and initial communication with Armen AI.

Service scope

Armen AI provides Agentic AI implementation, AI employee workflows, knowledge-based assistants, integrations and automation services. Final scope, pricing, timelines and responsibilities depend on the agreed project.

AI systems built by Armen AI are business automation tools. They should not be used as a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other licensed professional advice unless specifically reviewed and approved by qualified professionals.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, documents and integration access where required.
• Review AI responses, workflows and compliance requirements before production use.
• Maintain appropriate human oversight for critical business decisions.

Limitation

We work to build reliable systems, but AI outputs may require review. Production deployments should include monitoring, escalation and clear human handoff rules.
